Do not place variegated side of leaves directly in sunlight as this can scorch the leaves.
Water weekly (when top 1”-2” of soil feels dry)
Make sure any new pot that it is repotted into has proper drainage holes.
Use a humidifier in your space or mist every 2-3 days.
